Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage finance & accounting function of the local business
  • Maintain full-set of accounting records
  • Responsible for all operating and office payments
  • Cash flow management and cash flow forecasts
• Responsible for all tax-related computation and filing (e.g. VAT, CIT & PIT etc.) and provide related information to Management and Head office in HK
• Working with Legal Representative and Legal and Corporate Secretarial Manager in Hong Kong, ensure the compliance of all mandatory reporting and filing requirement
• Prepare timely financial and management reporting, and conduct variance analysis
• Prepare annual budget and perform constant review of the budget utilization to drive operational efficiency
• Provide all HR and general administration support to the local business, including recruitment, payroll management, training, insurance arrangement, travel booking, equipment/stationery/pantry supplies
• Provide financial and local practice advice to Management
• Review, communicate and ensure effective implementation of process, system control, policies and procedures
• Liaise with and maintain key working relationships with external parties including but not limit to bankers, external auditors, lawyer, tax authority and relevant government authorities
• Assist Legal Representative in various operational issues
• Assist top management in analyzing issues and implementing changes
• Perform ad hoc duties as and when required

The Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Finance & Accounting or other relevant qualification
• ~5-6 years’ commercial experience, preferably from European MNCs with all rounded F&A skills
• A qualified accountant competent in tax and other mandatory filing and reporting
• Hands-on experience in Human Resources and administration procedures, practices and related legislation in Vietnam
• Can work independently and diligently
• Excellent communication skills, open-minded, proactive, and analytical thinking ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
• A strong team member, flexible and very hands-on
