Main Responsibilities:

• Prepare budget plan factories and product cost norms, factory cost control, timely highlighting risks and opportunities to minimize production costs. Control & analyze unusual fluctuations in production (consumption, manhour, machine hour, OEE ...)
• Report on product’s cost monthly
• Balance finance related to production activities
• Ensure sub & GL reconciliation, the difference is recognized and interpreted
• Comply with and ensure effective control of inventory module, Costing, Optimizing the use of the system
• Timely update of the report produced (TPM, production statistics, etc ...), Organization of cheking inventory (monthly)
• Ensure that the rules and policies related accounting are taken seriously at the factory, Check and sign payment
• On behaft of company sign the legal papers related to the accounting department (after being CFO through), Representative to work with banks, tax, audit independence
• Update, issued necessary documents of departments

Requirements:

• At least 4-5 years experience in accounting, including a minimum of 2-3 years as Chief Accountant position, knowledge of accounting software, accounting principles
• Updated knowledge & experience outside accounting practices
• Good communication skills both verbal and writing, presentation
• Problem-solving, effective communication, analytical, evaluation, management skills
• University degree in Accounting, Finance or Banking. Have certificate of Chief Accountant
