Report to: General Manager (American)

Job description:This position will be a key person who will discuss/consult to the General Manager to build up a new Finance accounting Department.

• Control & manage daily transaction of accounting in plant;
• Check & ensure accuracy figures of all transactions;
• Prepare and do the closing on the monthly basis;
• Reconcile accounting accounts on at month end;
• Prepare financial statements and reports;
• Prepare and monitor all periodic reports related to taxation (VAT, PIT, CIT and FCT);
• Book & manage fix assets, tools & equipment;
• Calculate depreciation-Amortization, and prepaid expenses, payroll.
• Setting up Accounting system and other initial procedures for Start-up Company.
• Coordinate the annual audit activities.
• Monitor, act upon and report cash flow / banking activities.
• Conduct and maintains the Capital Expenditure Approval process.
• Assists in the preparation of Annual Budgets (including Cash Flow Budget)
• Manage expenses and conduct analysis of operating expenses and budget variances as required.
• Recommend process improvements and participates in process improvement projects as required.
• Updating tax law, tax circular if change.
• Other related accounting and finance jobs and report directly to General Manager.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Accounting/finance.
• 5 - 9 years of experience in Accounting Finance Dept and at least 3 years as a Chief Accountant cum Finance
• Fluent English (must)
• Good leadership and ready to work multiple tasks at the first time when company is in
• Set-up and grow up with company.
