Job Description:

• Organize accounting system in charged project, book period closing entries, review booking of AR, AP, Cashier, ensure the accuracy of accounting entries and system;
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly financial report and management reports required by higher levels;
• Check and approve purchasing request to ensure it is budgeted and follows company’s policy and purchasing procedures;
• Check and approve payment request before it is submitted to higher levels to ensure it is well supported by source documents, accurate and follow policy and payment procedures;
• Liaise and work with external audit, provide required data, explanation and document to ensure annual audit report is issued timely and clearly;
• Check and sign output invoices prepared by AR accountant;
• Prepare Sale Report, Collection Report, ensure they are accurate before send out to higher levels, investors, bank and other departments;
• Check and approve price book, ensure selling price, payment term of apartments, retails, parking lots is followed the updated sale policy;
• Monthly update the project model, cash flow budget model to finance team and investors for reviewing the project performance and funding purpose;
• Co-ordinate with finance team in project cash management;
• Yearly working with related departments to update project budget, ensure all changes in budget are approved properly according to the Approval Matrix;
• Prepare and submit all statutory reports like tax reports, statistic reports, ensure they are accuracy, timely and follow related laws, circulars and regulations;
• Liaise with and maintain a relationship with tax officers;
• Coach and assist other accountant in team;
• Other tasks assigned by direct manager.

Job Requirements:

• Graduate from accounting/ auditing
• Minimum 5 years experience, Big 4 experience is preferred
• Carefully, detail, patient;
• Computing skills, Microsoft offices skills;
• English communication in general
