Location: Ho Chi Minh

Report to Chief Financial Officer of Asia Pacific (in Singapore)

Main duties: Lead and be responsible for finance and accounting of all legal of Company in Vietnam

Specific Accountabilities

• Develop and implement a robust financial management and control platform
• Drive business performance reporting
• Financial dashboard and budget process
• Manage accounting related issues
• Ensure the overall accuracy and integrity of the company financial processes and systems, financial data, management reporting, and adherence to all compliance requirements
• The external and internal representation of legal entity regarding financial issues/affairs to all business partners, authorities and third parties of all kinds
• Support country/local business development activities based on respective company strategies
• Support regional management in the development of country/local Finance strategies (Accounting, Controlling, Finance, …)
• Take care of all important financial issues/risks, legal affairs, and business development activities of all legal in Vietnam

Requirements

• Bachelor and/or Master in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or comparable
• 3-5 years of experience in accounting (IFRS), reporting, financial analytical work
• Experience in leading other people
• Excellent analytical and structural skills
• Excellent communication skills, in English and Vietnamese
• Ability to work with different cultures
• Reliable, loyal, honest
• Experience in an international environment
