Working location: Phu Cat district, Binh Dinh province

Report to General Director & Corporate Finance Head

Responsibilities:

Responsible for forecasting (Monthly revolving forecast), budgeting and financial KPI's.

Responsible for the financial reporting and financial control, costing in manufacturing.

Inventory management – analysis of inventory, aging, calculating markdowns and allowances, stocktaking

Operational background, working in the industrial company, involvement in building up of new factories, Experience in implementing new systems.

Working with the management team (IT, Supply chain, operation manager) in order to build controls and procedures to ensure the accuracy of financial reports and data.

Manage a financial team of at least 10 people.

Working with governmental institutions

Requirements:

Male/ Female, Vietnamese only.

At least 10 years of experience as a CFO in an industrial company – experience in garment industry will be an advantage

Experience in working in global companies.

Experience in financial forecasting, analyzing & costing in an industrial company

Experience in ERP work environment

Strong at leadership.

Fluent in English.
