The company is seeking a passionate, energetic and well-experienced Category Manager to support management to develop the further growth of the company.  

The Category Manager will work closely with the executive international management team and will directly report to the Operation Director of Vietnam. As a Category Manager, you will be responsible for managing the swimwear category from the brief stage through design and development to product introduction, online marketing and sell. Mandatory is multilingual, open-minded, used to work under stress and stay cool. 

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Driving Category marketing, merchandising & display of products. Ensuring marketplace growth of the swimwear category keeping in mind the consumer.
• Managing online product presentation and placement of accessory opportunities
• Working with the executive international management team and Operation Director of Vietnam in the development of seasonal/annual product strategy.
• Coordinating with marketing team to establish product pricing and placement
• Owning P&L for the category in alignment with business goals. The Category manager would be responsible for the revenue targets as well as the gross margins.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Category management experience in clothing
• Fluent in English
