Job Description:
DAILY WORKS
- To ensure continuous utilization of workshop and to monitor manning and work bays
- To supervise technicians and ensure that their duties are accomplished
- To allocate jobs according to the capabilities and skills of his team
- To assure high performance and to be responsible for quality of service and also is achieved in the defined flat rate/time according the company standards and guidelines to maximize service quality and customer expectation
- To check the quality and punctuality of all repair and maintenance work ordered from external service providers
- To maintain technicians disciplines and monitor their performance
- To support service advisor to clarify customers’ complaints and comeback jobs in case requested
- To make schedule for technician annual leaves and overtime duty
- To supervise and appraisal technicians
- To maintain and upkeep workshop equipment and standard tools in good conditions for working
- To enforce workshop safety and housekeeping
- To plan and check workshop facilities, operating resources and tools
- To create checklists for technicians in order to optimize processes
- To organize and monitor order, tidy and cleanliness in workshop area ( w/s floor, special tools room, general tools, equipment…)
- To monitor staff in punch time on technician time card & job order properly
- Daily monitor unfinished quantity and inform booking appointment
- Paint materials management & efficiency using
TRAINING/ WORKSHOP SYSTEM/ SAFETY/REPORT
- Maintain constant reminders workshop members always keep in mind about the safety of yourself and the safety of the repaired vehicle
- To plan and monitor internal technical training with supporting of National technical Manager/ Suppliers
- To ensure compliance with regulations governing safety at work and accident prevention
- Report special cases to Service Manager as requested
- To observe the applicable Terms and Conditions of Repairs
Job Requirements:
Education / Professional Qualification
- Education: Graduated from automotive College/university and have a driving license
- Good English language
Professional Experience: 3- 5 years working in After-sales Service Dept.

- Communicate with Customer
- Communication with Deputy workshop manager/Service Manager to obtain approval on issues in workshop
- Communicate with SA, teamleaders and technicians on technical issues
- Communication with other departments ( parts,sales,IT...)
- Communicate with external suppliers / service providers on technical / quality issues (if have)
