Job description
-Work with regional reward team to ensure that reward strategy & policies is competitive to attract and retain talents and support high performance, also ensure its compliance with local legal requirement
-Predict and identify trends and dynamics within the external marketplace in relation to rewards and provide recommendations on how to leverage these
-Lead the salary review process
-Review and administer the benefits programs to ensure its competitiveness and meet the business needs
-Drive reward communication and training for whole organization to make reward systems transparent and easy to understand
-Lead the process of HR budget in term of staff cost budget and HR department budget
-Manage the payroll to ensure all the payments made accurately & timely and government reports are submitted in according with legal requirement. Proactively propose solution & guidelines for handling employee relation issues within the tax and labour laws of Vietnam. Perform other duties as assigned.
Education: a degree from a recognized university
Experience
-Minimum 5 years experiences in compensation and benefits management
-Having sound knowledge of labour related regulations & its implementation
Skills: Good analytical & influencing skills
