Business Development Manager (AO)-Cambodian Market

Roles & Responsibilites:

  • Plan and manage sales and marketing programs designed to achieve agreed objectives.
  • Recruit, build and manage automotive oil distributor (s), business and brand partners and key retail outlets (garages, workshops, outlets, POS).
  • Combine with distributor (s) to develop, formulate and implement sales and marketing strategies for PCMO and MCO product categories.
  • Develop distribution network (distributors and retail network) with highly stable growth for PCMO and MCO product categories.
  • Follow-up orders of distributors to ensure shipment/delivery timely.
  • Enable to negotiate sales and distribution contract with partners, key customers.
  • Responsible for working closely with Distributor (s) to identify potential new key partner (s).
  • Visit retail outlets on a regular basis to build up relationship with existing customers and prospect.
  • Explore OEM business situation and needs, then able to build compelling offer with comprehensive Marketing and Sales mix.
  • Conduct and analyze customer research, current market conditions and competitor information
  • Develop brand guidelines and ensure consistent adherence to guidelines for all marketing materials and activities
  • Maintain accurate and up to date records and files on all retail network, sellout, accounts including sales, data, quote records and customer contacts.

 

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience selling to / managing Distributor (s), and the retail market.
  • Strong leadership, cross-functional team management and drive for results.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with and lead/ influence senior executives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Khmer and English.
  • Trained and skillful negotiator
  • Good speaker & effective presenter to senior executive audiences, preferable in Khmer.
  • Self-starter, leads and facilitates management of details needed to accomplish tasks on independent basis; simultaneous management of several programs and initiatives
  • Ability to deliver quick decisions, have a decision making process in place.
  • Must have excellent planning, organizational and time management skills.
  • Demonstrates ability to initiate, expedite and follow through to task completion.
  • Experience-driven problem solving skills.
  • Must be able to function with minimal supervision.
  • Business administration/Engineering/Marketing Degree, Master is a plus
  • Candidates with age: from 32+
  • Good knowledge of sales and marketing on Automotive market (car and motorcycle), automotive spare-parts or other related industries, contract management, relationship management and project management.
  • Thorough understanding of current consumer and marketing trends in the key product categories.
  • Talented entrepreneurial individual with a proven history of developing new business relationships with distributor(s); brand partners and retail market.
  • Highly responsible, honest, respects others, works independently and under high pressure.
