Position Title: Business Conduct Manager
Reporting to the General Director
Purpose of this position: developing and implementing our ethics and compliance programme in Vietnam; building of strong and broad relationships with internal departments in the organization to ensure the awareness of business code of conduct and compliance amongst employees, customers and partners.
•Implement our corporate ethics and compliance programme within Vietnam
•Create local training programs within business conduct and right behaviour and ensure deployment and compliance within Vietnam
•Assist in investigating reports of potential misconduct within Vietnam
•Create periodic reports on the state of business conduct within Vietnam
•Contribute to ensure understanding and implementation of New Vietnam compliance and stewardship standards within the Asian region
•Contribute to the development of our corporate ethics and compliance programme
•Contribute to ongoing development of the infrastructure and capabilities at hand in the Company in respect to business conduct
•Travel 60-80 days per year to facilitate training and projects
A degree with an emphasis on courses covering corporate ethics and responsibility
+5 years of work experience within project management, management systems, training and
ethical programs - preferably in a large organization
Theoretical and practical knowledge in regards to anticorruption legislation
Experience in developing and facilitating training and related communication materials
(including e-learning programs)
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relations across geographical,
professional and cultural borders, have a good connection with Police and/or Customs.
Overview and the energy needed to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Solid MS Office skills especially Excel
2,000 – 3,000 USD gross per
Mobile phone allowance as per current Company policy.
