Identify market opportunities within the assigned territory via in-depth analysis of sales & market information information to plan and maximize Our client investments in the BB platform for share and volume growth.
Propose appropriate strategies and actions to maximize engagement opportunities with LA-29 adult consumers at point of sales in line with brand strategies within the
Manage and track allocated/approved budgets for Business Building (BB) activities in the region; provide regular reports, analyses, updates on investments or spend and
explanations on variances as required.
Provide input to Manager Sales Operation (MSO) on budgetary requirements to achieve BB Platform objectives.
Manage and implement approved strategies and actions, ensuring quality in execution to maximize market opportunities to increase Our client 's market share and volume performance
Ensure appropriate call coverage, frequency of trade and consumer engagement activates are conducted within the territory and prioritized channels to deliver sales volume
and market share growth in support of Region's objective
Ensure that competitive and market intelligence are being tracked and updated regularly and propose any action plans to address resulting issues if needed.
Ensure constant availability, visibility and product freshness within the BB platform, working in conjunction with Field Sales team.
Â·CONTRACTING AND MANAGING LOCATIONS:
Supervise the contracting of identified outlets to establish BB platform in accordance to trade segmentation principles that are in line with brand and business strategies.
Build relationships with key retailers to better leverage platform to activate engagement initiatives.
Continuously gather and update information of point of sales & retailer to ensure relevance of Client 's investment
Â·TRADE ENGAGEMENT ACTIVITIES:
Plan, monitor and control the implementation of trade marketing activities (trade programs and PPOSM) to ensure the highest return of investment and is in accordance with our client and local regulations.
Â·CONSUMER ENGAGEMENT ACTIVITIES & CONSUMER INSIGHTS:
In cooperation with Consumer Engagement team, propose, plan and monitor deployment of appropriate consumer engagement activities via the BB platform.
Gather and share relevant adult consumer insights observed in the territory which has impact on purchasing behaviors to the relevant stakeholders.
Â·RELATIONSHIP BUILDING WITH KEY STAKEHOLDERS:
Develop and maintain strong business relationships with internal and external stakeholders (Distributors, Wholesalers, 3rd Party Sales Force, Client Field Sales Force, CE
team, Retailers) to ensure smooth collaboration to drive sales and market share growth within the region.

Drive, guide, engage, reward and develop subordinates to increase productivity, ensure performance against objectives and professional growth.
