Job Description:

Purpose of the role:

  • Manage research sub-team and cooperate with operations leadership team to create, drive and realise new revenue opportunities for the Firm in Vietnam. This position will also ensure business growth through directing and managing business development activities to ensure these are delivered in accordance with the organizational strategy and maintaining and growing existing key client base of the Firm.
  • Support team heads with Retail & Shopper proposal/ client presentation to implement precision growth and deliverables to drive profitable growth and drive client growth

Role deliverables:

The job holder must deliver against the Firm budget requirements in terms of revenue and profit, Gross Margin targets, as well as WPP standard financial ratios. Furthermore, the role is too deliver the Trusted Advisor experience to our existing and new client base, also responsible for developing/supporting team heads of Retail & Shopper proposal/client presentation, including staff training and development oversight of Retail & Shopper

 

Skill Requirements:

Technical skills

  • Sound grasp of Retail & Shopper
  • Business development - in cooperation with account leads
  • Understanding of research process & methodologies: Usage &Attitude / Central Location Test / In-home Placement / Focus Customer satisfactory / etc & know when to apply them)
  • Independent analysis & reporting capabilities
  • Good command of branded solutions
  • Understand & can take into account key marketing issues, address them & recommend action standards
  • Responsible for sale & business development
  • Responsible for training and staff development

Interpersonal Skills

  • Energetic, ambitious, self starter, hunger of sales to move up and take team with them
  • Attention to details
  • Coaching skill: Can teach and forward knowledge to other staff in a consistent, non-bias fashion
