JOB PURPOSE:
- To ensure the HR Planning is well managed in alignment with business grows
- To ensure the performance evaluation system (MBO) is well managed & run effectively
- To ensure the HR system (GHR-hub) is well managed with high quality
- To ensure HR policies/Company regulations are kept updated with new labour regulations
JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- At least 5-year experience in HR Generalist & 2-year experience in HR Planning
- Bachelor degree
- Computer skill: MS Office, SAP HRIS system
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the company
- Good at presentation & communication skill
- Displays strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and foster teamwork
- Good at written and spoken English
- Being able to work under high pressure
- Good knowledge of labour laws
- Honest, loyalty, reliable & smart-working
- Experienced in working in Korean companies is preferable
- Man/Female over 35 years old
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Creates and delivers effective and efficient HR processes and services tailored to HR strategies & business grows
- Leads internal consulting projects & strategic initiatives aimed at Strategic Workforce Forecasting and Analysis
- Coordinates with other C&B, ER, Recruitment, Training Part leader to develop & implement HR initiatives/processes/policies
- Ensure HR systems run smoothly with high quality
- Ensure the quality control of HR systems
- Ensure the HR reporting database are well followed up & updated correctly
- Be a partner with HRM to implement the HR strategies in alignment with business grows
