Job Description:
Arrange and coordinate meetings, business trips, working schedule for directors of Alternaty
Prepare and translate contracts, proposals, presentations, reports and other documents
Join almost all meetings with clients, partners, translate and take note for Directors
Make sure projects and working schedule on track and meet deadline for client
Follow up and work closely with clients, local and expat partners, freelancers, authority departments, journalists, etc.
Support in specific projects follow instructions from Directors
Support in Admin and Accounting:
Labor contract and declaration
Take care of flight tickets, hotel reservation, transportation for directors
Work closely with accountant, track cost and revenue figures, review and explain tax reports, statistic reports, PIT, CIT to director before signing and submitting to relevant departments.
Find and work with service providers
Proceed all required documents for Directors such as labor declaration, health check, etc
Support in business development:
Receive inquiries from clients, introduce company capability statement and services
Track and follow up until sending proposal and signing contract
Build up networking by joining events
Sourcing new potential development sites, projects
Support in Marketing Activities:
Work with journalists on behalf of Directors
Translate and support in interviews with Directors (Media and newspaper)
Follow up and make sure all Marketing materials meet target timeline such as Press Release, White Paper, Newsletter, etc
Improve English and other skills such as: communication, presentation, negotiation, time management
Widen professional networking
Successfully coordinate business trips, meetings for Directors, local and expat partners
