Job Description:

JOB PURPOSE

Assist Brand Manager in executing Brand Plan to achieve Brand Health, Brand Building and Market Share objectives.

CRITICAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

Support communication & BTL activity: 

  • BTL
    • Promotion: Assist in promotion concept & mechanics development. Lead POSM design & production. Lead promotion execution
    • Activation: Write activation brief. Lead in concept & content development. Manage agency for smooth execution
  • Communication:
    • Contribute ideas in communication concept development
    • Lead sub-project in event, activation, PR
  • Outcome: Insightful & well executed campaign to achieve KPIs. Effective & well executed

Support NPD projects:

  • Assist in building & testing product concept.
  • Assist packaging design.
  • In charge of POSM design & production
  • Cross functional cooperate with related departments for product launching (QA)
  • Outcome: NPD launch as planned timeline, with insightful proposition and supporting activities

Brand management:

  • Assist in monthly Business analysis for the brands (sales vol, distribution) & make business proposal
  • Frequent market visit to get feedback from consumers, retailers, wholesaler
  • Prepare Nielson report
  • Outcome: Own brand performance & timing action

Others:

  • Support to provide  design for Trade MKT 
  • A&P Tracking 
  • Marketing Admin job (document tracking, payment tracking , meeting file )
  • Outcome: Precise tracking and on time delivery.

MAJOR CHALLENGES

  • This job requires good basic marketing knowledge & experience so that can manage sub-project & have valuable contribution to brand development. Therefore, the job holder should have at least 3 years of related experience, good conceptual thinking & fast to learn.
  • This job requires high interaction with internal departments and external agencies and gets their commitment deliver to the full project in time and with good quality. Therefore, the job holder should be proactive, active, have good inter-personal communication skills

  • Project management ( time, budget, key milestone)
  • POSM design
  • 1 NPD / 1 – 2 communication campaign per year
  • 2 promotions/ activation per year
  • Monthly business analysis
  • Monthly A&P tracking & accrual
  • POSM management

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree required
  • Major : Economics/ Marketing
  • Good command in English

Relevant Experience:

  • 3-year marketing experience of working with brand in Foreign companies,
