Job Description:

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Enhance the maximum availability, visibility, volume and the optimum stock level of Clientproducts through systematic and efficient sales coverage of the assigned region by leading, motivating the team.

 

  • Develop and maintain excellent knowledge of the assigned region in order to achieve the potential of existing outlets and ensure the modification the routes.
  • Set and communicate the individual objectives to the team members according to the given targets. Ensure that these objectives are met.
  • Create and maintain weekly/daily sales plan in order to achieve the monthly/annual volume objectives.
  • Check and analyze all sales reports provided by the team members.
  • Ensure that team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to meet the job’s requirement. Identify individual training needs to improve the sales skills.
  • Cooperate and closely manage Distributor & Sub Distributors in the assigned region to promote sales & brand and network within domestic market.
  • Form the best process to control over the product flow from Distributor & Sub Distributors to lower layers in the market.
  • Ensure that the implementation of sales promotion activities and new launch of client  products are done according to the given guidelines and given set of objectives.
  • Motivate the team through effective field accompaniment.
  • Ensure that they are all committed to achieving key business goals, enhancing the image of the Company with the trade.
  • Ensure that the team members strictly follow the cleint policies and procedures.
