Job Description:

JOB PURPOSE

The main responsibility of Restaurant Chain Area Manager is to develop numerous attractive plans by which the fame of restaurant can increase with dramatic behavior. He is responsible for developing new tenders to open new branch of restaurant. He is responsible for observing the development graph of restaurant at a particular time period.

RESPONSIBILITIES  AND AUTHORITIES

  • Develop and implement a strategic plan to ensure sales growth in the area.
  • Control the operation of all departments in the restaurant, ensuring compliance with the standards of the company.
  • Manage and develop store leaders and core managers in the restaurants
  • Control all of the operating costs of the restaurant chain to obtain the company‘s KPIs in terms of labor costs, raw materials costs, restaurant operating costs, etc.
  • Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations toward company standards and local regulations.
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with employees in the area through understanding and motivating, addressing problems in the workplace 

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

  • College graduate
  • At least 5-year experience in restaurant chain management
  • Good human resources management skills
  • Customer service skills
  • Planning and controlling operating costs
