Job Description:

Finance

  • Good understanding of accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, Credits/ Debits, General Ledger and basic taxation
  • Accounts Payable: Collect invoices from suppliers, checking amount, post in system, follow through with payments
  • Check expense claims from teams, post in system
  • Create Purchase Requests (PR) / Purchase Orders (PO)
  • Work with legal & key stakeholders on legal entity matters including accounting statements and audits and year end processes
  • Work with regional and finance colleagues on cash management and cross border forex matters

Customer Service Desk (CSD)

  • Print MSDS , TDS if there is required from customers
  • Support to print – out and send docs to customers.

Admin

  • Hotel booking for visitors
  • Visa applications
  • Car arrangement for sales
  • Office supplies
  • Air ticket booking
  • Sample arrangement, pick – up and delivery to customer when Sales is not available
  • Holiday / Vacation Tracking

Experience

  • At least 5 years working with a multinational corporation (MNC)
  • High level of interaction with regional or headquarter offices outside of Vietnam
  • Fluent in spoken & written English
  • Bachelor degree
  • A finance certification would be an advantage
