Job Description:
  1. To advise for the Board of Managers who held apparatus, build and consolidate the system of management rules.
  • Research and propose solutions to the organizational apparatus, functions and duties of the department.
  • Lead and coordinate with relevant departments to build and improve the development of human resources policy, remuneration, compensation, management regulations, rules and workflow.

        2. To form the recruitment assignment, training and development of human resources

  • Track and forecast personnel changes, plan to use and the development of human resources
  • Planning of human resources in order to better serve for the business production and strategy of the company.
  • Recommend the appointment, dismissal, transfer, payroll, personnel arrangement.
  • Develop a plan to recruit, organize contests and coordinate with staff recruitment.
  • The labor contract drafted and submitted to the Director-general.
  • Developing and implementing training plans, raising the level and capacity of the workforce.

       3. Organizational planning and administration to implement the system of labor remuneration and assessment the complete one’s work in the  department.

  • Supervising, the implementation of regulations and the regulations on salaries and bonuses.
  • Propose the plan to adjust the salaries of the employees.
  • To supervise the application and implementation of the regulations on the assessment the complete one’s work and classified employees in the department.
  • To receive and answer questions about the regime and policies of the workers in the company.
  • Update and disseminate the provisions of the law relating to the rights and responsibilities, obligations of employers and employees.

        4. Supervise the document’s task, storage, reception, office service provider for the service departments, foreign relations with the authorities.

        5. Coordinate and perform other tasks as requested by the Board of Directors.

  • Support for the other departments in the management of human resources and a bridge between the Board of managers and employees of the company. Support for relevant parts of the training staff, the way in recruitment…Support the relevant department of administrative work.

Job requirements:

  • University degree or above majored in Economics or Business Administration. Priority: Applicants who have graduated in Law, National Administration, Human Resource Management.
  • At least 5 years in the Head of Department position, Director of HR.
  • Good attitude, responsibility, principles at work.
  • Ability to work independently and teamwork.
  • Communication skills, persuasion.
  • Ability to plan and organize the deployment, guidance.
  • Ability to solve problem
  • Integrated analysis skills.
