1- Duties:

1. Cash management: review payment day-to-day; daily cash count report (end of the day); request cash for operating; ensure all payments are properly and timely reviewed and vouchers are enclosed legal supporting documents;
2. Stock control: ensure accuracy of GRN; daily monitor the stock movement and daily stock report; audit stock to ensure physical stock and book matching each other in term of quality and quantity; monthly reconcile stock with Loteco team;
3. HR/ADM: in charge of daily and monthly time sheet; prepare documents required by local authority, get approved from Loteco and submit to authority; work with local authority if required;
4. Assist Unit head in term to implement and comply Company’s policy; and Ad hoc: other jobs assigned by Unit head and Finance.

2- Job Requirement/

• University / college graduate, preferred in accounting or finance
• 2-3 year experiences, preferred similar position in foreign company
• Good Excel, word and able to use accounting software, preferred SAP experience
• Communication in English
