Be responsibility to develop and coordinate sales of company's products in Vietnam, in collaboration with our Agents or directly to End-users.
He / She will be responsible to improve sales performance by following direct key accounts such as Distributors, System integrators or OEM.
He/She will report key figures on his / her sales activities, insure customer satisfaction and feedback on competition / market activities.
Key Job Responsibilities /Activities:
Generate additional sales for Power control & safety and Energy Efficient product portfolio in boosting the sales force of our direct accounts in Vietnam
- Perform joined customer visits (Panelbuilders, OEM,...) to present our company, products and solution to generate request for quotation
- Bring added value to our distributors regarding prescription actions toward consultants
- Follow up quotations and customer requests & complains
- Support promotional activities of our distributors
- Identify new opportunity of businesses trough his / her own commercial investigation (customers, segments, product adaptation)
- Visit reports + Monthly reports for his territory towards the Area Sales manager
- Contribute to create and be accountable for the Sales Budget

- Relations with our distributor
- Annual number of clients visits
- Quality of the support provided

Education & background required:
Curriculum typically required to access this type of position, in terms of vocational qualifications and years of work experience. Other atypical career paths may be accepted.
- Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree (B.Sc)
- Minimum of 5-8 years professional experience in electrical engineering industry
- Experience in sales, ideally within Distributors, System Integrators, Panelbuilders or M&E consultants
- Strong presentation and commercial social skills
- Must be autonomous with a leadership mindset
