Job Description:

JOB PURPOSE:

  • Understand the needs of the customers to achieve an agreed sales volume target in the Company market observation area
  • To exploit potential to the full and secure the revenues of the Company
  • To use high-quality service and professional customer care to bind customers and potential customers to the Mini marques, to the Company and to the sales consultant in person
  •  To make sure the customer base of the Company must be secured and continuously extended

JOB CONTENT:

Sales planning

  • To analyse market potential and ensure exploitation of that potential
  • To divide the company's market observation area into clearly defined sales consultant areas
  • To implement standards / guideline values for new cars sales
  • To set & develop an annual business plan which includes qualitative and quantitative targets for prospecting, sales and customer care

Personnel Management in Sales:

  • To create and update organization and job descriptions in Sales
  • To plan personnel requirements in Sales (recruitment / dismissal)
  • To be involved in the selection of personnel
  • To motivate the sales personnel
  • To carry out regular feedback / check discussions
  • To specify performance-based payment of commission for sales personnel
  • To promote further training of sales personnel

Sales Organization and Supervision:

  • To monitor standards / guideline values for new car sales
  • To be responsible for the showroom (decoration, cars, and inventory replenishment methodology
  • To assist customer satisfaction and loyalty – including handling "difficult" customer discussions
  • To be responsible for handling complaints and legal problems
  • Sales Check -  Responsibility for Results
  • To monitor sales volume and new car revenues on a continuous basis (daily /monthly report)/ To monitor business comparison data for new car Sales

Business Marketing

  • Active marketing according to marketing mix: model, price and communication policies organisation
  • To plan and execute BMW campaigns and other events in the Company

To plan and implement advertising campaigns and sales promotion measures
