Candidate Profile:

Qt/Windows GUI developer, with skills, knowledge and experience in object oriented applications and graphics software development

Responsibilities:

1. Undertake design and implementation of a GUI based workflow system for a IDE for graphics application development
2. Use Qt/GUI, C/C++ framework and languages to implement required code generators and scripting engines
3. Enhance, extend and create new custom widgets for FTDI EVE graphic controller
4. Participate in graphical and object oriented framework implementation
5. Software test implementation and execution of graphics toolchains
6. Participate in all phases of SDLC and adopt SQA practices
7. Undertake enhancement and defect resolution and support internal and external customers

Requirements:

1. Degree/Master in Computer Science/Engineering
2. 2-5 years or above experience in the area of toolchain, graphics and/or game IDE programming
3. OO design and Qt/GUI experience is mandatory
4. Sound analytical design and implementation skills in C/C++, Python and/or other programming languages
5. Intimate knowledge of code generators, scripting engines, simulators and debuggers
6. Working experience from specification to completed products
7. Professional attitude to work and meticulous in coding and testing
8. Knowledgeable in SQA best practices
