Job Description

Build and control all the activities of the Sales Department and Marketing

• Building Sale & Marketing plan monthly, quarterly and yearly.
• Deploying the business plan according to sales requirements
• Developping a marketing plan to ensure brand and target market
• Developping business networks, agents, partners nationwide
• Approaching the customer, contract negotiations.
• Manage the customer lists and customer development.

 

Make the report

• Performing periodic reports required by the Board of Directors
• Supporting, advise and provide solutions for the Board of Directors and departments in matters related to Business & Marketing

 

Management & Marketing Business Manager

• Checking and supervising the enforcement personnel Business & Marketing activities under regulations issued
• Checking the personnel of the Sales Department and Marketing

 

Requirement

• Graduated from the University or above, major in finance, marketing, economics, business administration.
• There are at least 10 years of experience in Sales and Marketing, including 5 years in a similar position.
• Used to Work in the jewelry company: PNJ, Doji, Bao Tin Minh Chau in the same position is is an advantage.
• Easy to adapt
