Job Description:

Roles: Responsible for develop and ensure their implementation of GTM and channel development core processes in order to maximization of Distribution’s capability for the growths of business.

Accountability:

1.Develop and aligned GTM system/process: including of Selling Step, Coaching model, Sales toolkit, Sales Performance Tracking, Customer and Consumer Relationship Management

2. Provide On filed Training & Coaching for implementation

Classroom training for new hires

Filed work coaching/ training/ feedback

Sales Capability Roadmap execution

3. Health Auditing:

Audit the implementation & provide corrective solutions

4. Channel/ Customer Development:

Build up new distribution channel,

Operating and ensure the capability transformation

5. Build up standardized distribution system and JD’ sales
