1.Develop and aligned GTM system/process: including of Selling Step, Coaching model, Sales toolkit, Sales Performance Tracking, Customer and Consumer Relationship Management
2. Provide On filed Training & Coaching for implementation
•Classroom training for new hires
• Filed work coaching/ training/ feedback
• Sales Capability Roadmap execution
3. Health Auditing:
•Audit the implementation & provide corrective solutions
4. Channel/ Customer Development:
•Build up new distribution channel,
•Operating and ensure the capability transformation
5. Build up standardized distribution system and JD’ sales
