Job Description:
  • Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the sales team by developing the team through motivation, skills development and product knowledge development.
  • Responsible for managing the sales team, developing a business plan covering sales, revenue, meeting agreed targets, and promoting the company’s presence.
  • Develop tactical plans and execute as per company’s distribution strategies. Manage the daily sales operations and execution plans in order to achieve the assigned target.
  • Ensure that all sales representative daily activities are in accordance sales guidelines and company’s code of conduct.
  • Responsible for monitoring the performance of the sales team and personally observe the performance of sales representatives in the field on a regular basis.
  • Build strong relationships with distributors at top and operational levels. Assist distributors to manage and grow the business in solid manner in-line with company guidelines.
  • Assist in the development of the annual sales plan, specifically advising on: realistic forecasts for each product and area (based on historical data, market trends, competitive activity, promotional strategy and sales effort), and sales promotion programs.
  • Assist in supporting market intelligence information to Sales and Marketing Departments in order to formulate effective strategies.

Requirement:

  • University graduate, over 5 years of experience in sales in consumer products
  • Communication and negotiation skill
  • Understanding of the channel structure, market and customers
  • Good trade knowledge and relationship
  • Product knowledge
  • Self initiatives and highly independent to perform
  • Analytical skill
  • Good at English skill
