Job Description:
Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the sales team by developing the team through motivation, skills development and product knowledge development.
Responsible for managing the sales team, developing a business plan covering sales, revenue, meeting agreed targets, and promoting the company’s presence.
Develop tactical plans and execute as per company’s distribution strategies. Manage the daily sales operations and execution plans in order to achieve the assigned target.
Ensure that all sales representative daily activities are in accordance sales guidelines and company’s code of conduct.
Responsible for monitoring the performance of the sales team and personally observe the performance of sales representatives in the field on a regular basis.
Build strong relationships with distributors at top and operational levels. Assist distributors to manage and grow the business in solid manner in-line with company guidelines.
Assist in the development of the annual sales plan, specifically advising on: realistic forecasts for each product and area (based on historical data, market trends, competitive activity, promotional strategy and sales effort), and sales promotion programs.
Assist in supporting market intelligence information to Sales and Marketing Departments in order to formulate effective strategies.
Requirement:
University graduate, over 5 years of experience in sales in consumer products
Communication and negotiation skill
Understanding of the channel structure, market and customers
Good trade knowledge and relationship
Product knowledge
Self initiatives and highly independent to perform
