Job Purpose:

• Responsible for production planning by managing theintegration of all resources (manpower,efficiency, material requirement and availability, machine system availability) into ERP system which helps complete the chain of make to order effectively and meet customer satisfaction

Duties:

• Establish the processes and procedures of planning to hands on responsibility of production planning, material required planning and capacity analysis to meet customer request.
• Ensure structured & efficient running of productionplanning team. Oversea the whole plan basing on sales order/ forecast in terms of product types, production/ product complexity, demand capacity, offered capacity, etc. then work out on master plan/ forecast that match to the production and sales orders
• Oversee the demand of finished goods, monitoring MRP to provide data for RM purchasing team for preparing components purchase, and follow up order-delivery through system to ensure material availability for production requirements
• Co-ordinate with production manager, HR manager to  draw out direct operator recruitment scheme annually basing on capacity plan, then following upon monthly basis to update for catching up any adjustment needed
• Working  with  relevant  departments/  individuals  to  propose  the  solutions,  innovations  of  reducing leadtime of jewelry fashion production to senior manager
• Update records and reports on a regular basis to inter-department and customer end
• Analyze trends and track production data on a frequent basis to support SCM Manager
• Coordinate and manage special projects as required and other duties assigned by SCM manager
• Be main responsibility of system (SAP) parameter control of PP module
• Establish and enhance continuously significant Production Planning KPIs
• Manage transparent Production Planning reporting
• Communicate and co-ordinate Production Planning issues with internal (logistics, production) and external contact persons
• Co-ordinate shortage and surplus production components (bill of material components) with Materials Management
• Proactive communication of capacity offer and capacity flexibility to Supply Chain Management and other customers

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree
• 5 - 8 years Senior Level
• Local Language + English
• Leading and social competence
• Open minded communicator with awareness of cultural differences
• Good team player because of cross-functional working
• Good advanced know how SAP APO and PP
• Good advanced know how of Microsoft Excel
• Strength in thinking in complex context
• Readiness of mind for production techniques and methods
