In charge of manage & control all activities of following divisions: Production, QA/QC, Safety

• Produce goods and solutions of the right quality and quantity as per schedule and maintain cost effectiveness.
• Ensure the proper use of resources through proper planning, monitoring, and eliminating redundancy, wastage and accidents. Maximize machine capacity to avoid increasing to 3 shifts.
• Develop and execute Plant manufacturing budgets as well as other budgets relating to company in Dong Nai and Can Tho Warehouse.
• Ensure the plant functions with high standards and with minimal or zero downtime.
• Ensure Safety, Health and Environment protection, business demands and direction is top priority. 
• Ensure materials, mixing, filling, formulation, packaging, bottling and storage comply with specifications and requirements set by HQ and complies with both industry and statutory standards. All results must be reported with supporting data.
• Manage, design and maintenance of the plant, facilities and the equipment/machines within Dong Nai factory.
• Managing and maintaining ISO system and processes at company.
• Working with other departments in ensuring the products matches planned volume. Also, to assist with all procurement of equipment, raw materials and services that is required in the production process and the plant where production takes place.
• Provide leadership for the successful day-to-day operation of Dong Nai factory and Can Tho warehouse including office areas and canteen.
• Set a good example for workers to follow by implementing procedures according to company regulations and provide feedback and recommendations for improvements.
• Monitoring security system, discipline and safety at Dong Nai factory and Can Tho Warehouse on a daily basis and report any incidents that have occurred.
• Responsible for the maintenance and standards of Can Tho Warehouse.
• Ensure the garden at Dong Nai factory and Can Tho warehouse is kept neat and healthy.
• Responsible for handling strikes or other mishaps regarding staff if they occur with the Trade Union and work together with the Trade Union to organize meetings to explain any disputes with workers related to company policies if required.
