Job description:

• Planning and implementation of business plans each month, quarter and year according to the company's plan to ensure business objectives
• Implementing procedures for transactions, negotiations, contracting, reporting income and the market.
• Recruit, training and develop sale team, manage and direct operate staff to ensure business objectives.
• Responsible for advising, reporting activities and business performance for BOD.
