Duties:

• Devising M&A strategies, identifying strategic sectors and strategic investments that might be viable business targets
• Building yearly investment, medium and long term.
• Finding and develop new projects, M&A projects
• Learning the market, seek opportunities and investment promotion with local investors and abroad
• Provide senior assistance in managing cross-functional teams for acquisition and divestiture processes including areas of due diligence strategic fit, valuation, synergy identification, etc.
• Lead transaction process, including coordination of internal working group, management of external consultants and advisors, due diligence process, etc.
• Direct and ensure overall execution of M&A activities
• Advising the leaders Corporation in the management of the investment costs include total investment, construction cost estimates, construction contracts, advance payment and settlement of construction investment Works of the project.

Requirements:

• University degree or above in Finance, Economics, Business Administration
• 10 years experience in the investment field (priority for real estate development)
• 5 years experience in similar position in the business of real estate investing
• Strategic thinking through planning, investment analysis projects
• Capacity: business acumen, communication expertise, problem-solving, analysis, project management, strategic thinking, cohesion and development of human resources
