Job Description:

• Working place: Binh Phuoc
• Pick up vehicle: Ong Bo Bridge (Binh Duong)
• Updating all new legal regulations and analyzing their potential impacts on company’s operation
• Searching relevant laws and regulations to company's operation.
• Advising on application of laws and regulations, legal solutions, legal analysis on all business issues to BOD/ other teams
• Making a draft, reviewing or revising all kind of contracts: sales, purchasing, service….contracts; agreements and other legal docs of company.
• Providing legal advice and giving potential legal risks for contracting parties
• Handing and prepare docs/ evidences relevant litigation cases
• Controlling the in/out legal documents
• Translating legal docs from Vietnamese into English and vice versa;
• Other legal and/or compliance jobs as requested by GD/ BOD

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor Degree, major in Law
• 3 years of experience in legal compliance
