Job Description:

I. JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. Education:

•  Bachelor’s Degree in one of following major: Electrical Engineering/Electronics/Mechatronics.

2. Experience:

•  8+ years of relevant working experience in PPM (Maintenance in manufacturing companies with at least 3 year of managerial/leadership experience.

3. Abilities:

• Experience in maintenance management for manufacturing machines.

- R&M cost control.

- Equipment lifts time and maintenancepolicy identification.

- Good experience at: Automation andelectronic equipment: PLC, Inverter, Driver, Step motor, HDMI.

- Experience of deployment PM/AM pillar, spare part Inventory control.

- Advanced AutoCAD.

• Experience in managing contractormanagement: SOW, JSA, Contract onsite management in the scope of manufacturing maintenance.

• Experience in leading manufacturing project.

• Language: Ability to use English for business communication. Chinese as a 3rd language, is a plus.

II. RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Confidential Information: Access to some manufacturing methodologies and proprietary process information.

2. Contacts with Others: Jointly responsible, with the production staff of AO, QA sections, Process Engineering, Relevant Sections.

III. AUTHORISATION

• Report quality high risk events to supervisors.

• Report unsafe behaviours to supervisors.

• Report to next managing levels when my supervisor does the wrong thing without the correction.

IV. JOB CONDITIONS:

1. Working Conditions:

• Exposure to a variety of compounds, solvents and chemicals. Works in a standard office/manufacturing environment.

2. Mental/Visual Demand:

•  Ability to handle stress, proactive thinking, good initiative, leadership and readiness for changes are essential demands at work.

V. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT (MANUFACTURING) (50%)

• Direct and oversee the operations to ensure manufacturing equipment/machines with availability, reliability, efficiency with the most cost efficiency, including but not limit.

- Provide timely suitable equipment.

- Ensure equipment availability/realizable.

- Maintain and improve equipment in goodcondition.

- Well equipment/tooling/Spare partmanagement.

- Best energy management.

- Automate machines, tooling internalfabrication.

- Provide suitable technical spec, capacity,capability equipment.

- Well manufacturing project management:Timing and meet expectation.

• Follow up with other Dept. to ensure the Spare parts/Manpower meet the expectation and minimize impact to production activity.

• Establish and accountability for the KPIs, cascade and follow up with team members to ensure the expectations are met.

2. AM/PM/CM (10%)

• Lead the Autonomous Maintenance activities.

• Lead to ensure the completion and compliance of Preventive Maintenance activity.

• Lead to review and revise the Work Order to improve the Preventive Maintenance quality regularly.

• Lead the Team to perform the root cause failure analysis and investigations (CAR) properly.

3. 5S AND IMPROVEMENT (10%)

Direct and oversee all the daily operations of:

• Do the housekeeping and keep the workplace clean at all-time.

• Propose and lead team to implement the improvement ideas and Kaizen to improve the working condition, reduce losses and save cost.

• Initial and leading improvement’s project Accountability for DMAIC.

• Develop high work standard which can publish and apply to work.

4. EHS (10%)

Direct and oversee all the daily operations of: Follow and comply with the Environment Health-Safety requirements.

5. MANAGEMENT & LEADERSHIP (20%)

• Ensure your team is staffed, motivated, inspired, engaged, and empowered to deliver a high and sustainable performance level in an ever-changing environment at a cost level the organization can sustain and reflects market realities.

• Ensure you have the right people in the right jobs, by consistently using proper interview and selection techniques and methodologies throughout your organization.

• Ensure a learning environment is in place and your team is trained and developed to consistently achieve your organization’s expectations in both the short and long terms.

• Ensure the Performance Management Process is fully operating with meaningful stretch goals for all employees in your organization, that feedback is on-going and focused on development and done with 100% On Time Delivery.

• Ensure a free flow of two-way information for your organization to work effectively and communication channels are active and open.

• Ensure an accident-free environment by following all EH&S policies and procedures, maintain a clean, safe and orderly environment and openly endorsing and creating an attitude that all accidents are preventable within your sphere of influence.

• Ensure the spirit and intent of all employment laws, regulations, local HR policies and procedures are understood and complied with in your area.
