RESPONSABILITY

• Develop short-term & long-term strategies/plans for Sales & Marketing team in coordination with the Company's business plan;
• Manage, allocate & monitor closely the monthly/quarterly/annual Sales & Marketing objectives;
• Manage, coach & develop Sales & Marketing team which include: Sales field, Project Sales, Showroom chains, Sales operation & all Marketing staff nationwide to meet Sales target as assigned;
• Conduct market research to keep up to date with recent market information, industry trends, competitors, newest products, …
• Conduct market & channel expansion nationwide for potential channels such as: Distribution, Agents, Showroom & LA-HOME chains;
• Develop Marketing strategies/plans & monitor the execution for all Marketing activities/programs such as: Promotion, Activation, Branding, Product development, ....
• Coordinate closely with Design, Customer Service, Factory and other relevant functions to develop, monitor and manage successful indicator of the programs which support for Sales activities including all programs for Distributors, Agents, Consumer, Project Sales (Hotel, Resort, Construction project),...
• Cooperate with Finance, HR & relevant departments to establish compensation plans for Sales team including salary structures, commission plans, sales contests and bonus plans;
• Coordinate with HR Department to develop & conduct training courses for Sales & Marketing team;
• Perform other tasks assigned by General Director.

REQUIREMENT

• Male, University graduation major in Business Management/Marketing/Economic or relevant field;
• At least 10 years working experience in Sales & Marketing field & at least 05 years in Managerial level;
• Strong experiences in variety of Sales channels including: Wholesales (Agent, distributor,…), Project Sales (Hotel, Resort, Construction Project,…), Retail (Store, Showroom, Shopping Mall,…);
• Strong knowledge & experiences of Marketing tools (Digital, Brand Marketing, Event,…);
• Experiences in market & sales channel expansion;
• Experiences in strategic planning;
• Experiences in using necessary tools to analyse the status of market, industry, consumer insight and market intelligence;
• Experience in personnel management;
• Strong sense of business;
• Strong analysis skill;
• Be willing to independently travel nationwide;
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to develop positive and trustworthy relationships with both internal & external partners;
• Excellent presentation skills and be competent in using Microsoft Office tools to create professional reports and presentation;
• Desire to have complete control over your earning potential;
