Job Description

Drives and manages a team responsible for optimization of supply in line with sales sub requirements, supplier capabilities and Sourcing objectives. Works across footwear supply chain to manage capacity. Identifies and mitigates planning and supply related issues.
The Manager Sourcing Operations is responsible for a group of factories and acts as single point of contact from initial planning and forecasting through capacity management, order confirmation, production follow up and shipment.
