DUTIES:

Talent Development

  • Build and deploy policies of talent management and development : attracting , keeping and developing talent

HR Plan

  • Building HR strategic
  • Human resource planning
  • Deploy annual manpower plans

Recruiting

  • Build annual HR budget
  • Follow, control recruiting budget
  • Join to build the standard capacity
  • Interview and recruit staffs of all level
  • Controlling the effectiveness of the recruitment cost

Training

  • Assess the overall quality of training compared with the strategy, adjust / upgrade as needed
  • Participate in building operational processes and testing center
  • Develop training policies and promotion of all level

C&B

  • Propose equity compensation and benefits policies
  • Attending the salary survey, find out the salary of industry and propose.

Evaluated

  • Build/ deploy and control the performance evaluation BSC / KPIs

Corporate culture

  • Build and deploy Corporate culture
  • Propose policies and procedures to preserve the cultural values

Manage the Performance & Talent Development

  • Deploy talent management system

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • University Degree
  • 03 years’ experience in similar position
  • Strong knowledge about the pharmaceutical market & competitor
  • HR
  • Laws , public relations , ...
