Job Description:

Duties:

  • Implementing the timekeeping, payroll, social insurance, unemployment insurance & other welfare.
  • Planning of human resources for  the manufacturing business and corporate strategy
  • Planning for recruitment, training and development of human resources in monthly ,quarterly and yearly.
  • Build salary policy, promotion and replacement.
  • Developing regulations bonuses and incentives - stimulate employees to work, perform the regime for employees.
  • Establish a system of rules, procedures and regulations for the Company and monitoring the observance of such rules.
  • Administrative, administrative cost management & monitoring implementation of administrative regulations.

Requirements:

  • Having 5 years experience in similar role
  • Prefer candidate working in manufacturing field
  • English communication
  • Prefer Female
