Job Description:
  • Manage HR issues of the company: recruitment, regulations, salary, vacation ...
  • Preparation and updating policies and new regulations on staffing.
  • Preparation of the legal provisions relating to labor issues (including labor contracts, compensation social security and health insurance, decided to commend, reward ...)
  • Assessing the effectiveness of employee work.
  • Maintaining and building safety regulations, hygiene, labor and training for employees.
  • Update, inform and advise company executives to apply the provisions of the Government of Vietnam to operate the company.
  • Advise BOD about regulations.
  • Implementation of the evaluation criteria of the customers, maintain standards
  • Support other departments about administrative issues.
