Preparation and updating policies and new regulations on staffing.
Preparation of the legal provisions relating to labor issues (including labor contracts, compensation social security and health insurance, decided to commend, reward ...)
Assessing the effectiveness of employee work.
Maintaining and building safety regulations, hygiene, labor and training for employees.
Update, inform and advise company executives to apply the provisions of the Government of Vietnam to operate the company.
Advise BOD about regulations.
Implementation of the evaluation criteria of the customers, maintain standards
Support other departments about administrative issues.
