Job Description:

DUTIES

  • Develop  and  ensure  implementation  of  a  human  resource  plan,  policies  and  procedures that  support  organizational  values  and  objectives  and  provide  management  with  the required infrastructure to direct, motivate, and retain talents.
  • Develop and monitor effectiveness of Training & Development program
  • Develop  and monitor  the  effectiveness  of  performance HR  program  and  integrate with staff retention strategies, recruitment and training activity.
  • Develop and maintain competitive remuneration and incentive programs.
  • Develop and  implement  recruiting activities  suited  to each department's need. Establish close working relationships with outside recruiting sources such as agencies, universities and professional organizations.
  • Ensure  pro-active  employee  relations  strategies  and  activities  providing  counsel  and guidance to both managers and employees.
  • Advise a different slant to the view of the business matters while ensuring compliance to company / local labor laws.
  • Manage  the  process  of  recruitment  and  selection  of  suitable  internal  &  external candidates; ensure integration and efficient on-boarding of new employees
  • Set up relevant HR policies, procedures and guidelines for the workshop.
  • Work  closely  with  the  line  management  to  drive  HR  initiatives  in  line  with  Sector,
  • Country and Global HR strategy.

REQUIREMENT

  • Bachelor Degree in BA/Commerce or relevant degree
  • At least 8 years in HR Management
  • Retails experience is a must
  • Good English is a must
