JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Consult and advise legal issues to the Board of Directors ,the department of company related to the production and business of company and affiliates
• Forecast, update, organise and common the changes in policy and legislation for the departments and the company affiliates
• Forecast and manage ricks that occur throught the production, business of company by legal tools
• Coordinate, combine with departments of company and support affiliates to solve legal problem occurring in production and business of company
• Review and consult and advice legal issues and other types of contract documents relating to production , sales of company
• The present of  company  participate in solving disputes over economic contracts ( purchase , sale , ... ) and different types of contracts
• Joint and combine with departments of  company  to solving legal issues occuring
• Make a relationship with the state authorities and local stakeholders in collaboration with the departments of NP to solve the requirements of the State Administration
• Developed staff who under the management
• Other tasks assigned additional by Chief Counsel

REQUIREMENT

• Over 5 years experience of  Legislation in production companies, international law firms, Experience about exploited  mineral
• Proficient in English and Computer skill
• Education: University graduated, major in law. Prefer candidates studied abroad
• Certificate and card Lawyer lawyer is an advantage
• Leadership and decision-making ability
