Job Description:

Duties:

  • Manage the BOD’s calendar and assures clear communication with the team
  • Arrange meetings called by BOD and record meetings as well as maintain in chronological order
  • Prepare/compose correspondence, presentations, memoranda, and reports in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure reports are submitted from all relevant departments on time and organized neatly for the General Director
  • Perform administrative work, including filing, faxing, sending out mail, processing incoming mail, for BOD
  • Develop, implement and take responsibility for the business plan quarterly, monthly
  • Consult, suggest the deployment of application systems, model, effective management methods suitable to the capacity and requirements of the organization in the short, medium and long term
  • Other administrative duties

 

Requirement:

  • University degree or above in Economics, Business Administration, Commercial
  • At least 5 years experience in the same position
  • Have experience in planning, managing and operating businesses
  • Ability to establish and operate the business,  initiative and enthusiasm to achieve business objectives and commercial goals
  • Capacity: business acumen, communication proficiency, problem solving, analysis, project management, strategic thinking, cohesion and human resources development
