Job Description:

MAIN PURPOSES OF THE JOB:

  • Identify and implement the most effective strategy for new markets.
  • Find new potential distributors and importers in current market.
  • Develop and support distributor to get high market share.
  • Find sulution to support brand to compete with main compertitors.
  • Control promotion activities & budget.
  • Propose strategies for export market.
  • Produce, manage and deliver territory business plans including forecasting and achieving sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain positive and effective relationships with agents and customers.
  • Manage the ​existing accounts and expand distributor base into new areas.
  • Provide marketing input to all relevant sales promotional programs to include competitor activities.​
  • Visit existing customers and potential customers to enhance the relationships and increase sales.
  • Attend trade shows/exhibitions when required to understand more about current and potential customers/markets.

MAIN SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • University graduate with 8 year-experience with at least 3 years in export market.
  • Experience in sales for electric products would be an advantage.
  • Confident, good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness.
  • Willing to travel abroad for building and developing customers.
  • Driven and self-motivated.
