Control budget of cross Categories activities in modern trade/GT channel, and analyses the performance and return on investment.
Customer Profitability report: monthly tracking and monitoring all customers trading trends.
Manage total Customer Development Indirect.
Scheme approval: tracking and checking all CD schemes
Weekly/Monthly/ Forecast Sales Report: tracking sales data from system and compare the growth with previous period and MUF data, providing distribution stock week cover by channel and categories, collecting shares data from CMI team under requested data input.
Manage customer profitability
