• Fully accountable for the profit and loss of the operation attaining target growth and profit.
•  Identify areas of improvement in how projects are developed & executed to improve efficiency of work and mitigate risk.
•  Resolve priority issues and resource allocation.
•  Strategize and sustain the relationship with all key construction contractors and service providers.
•  Provide technical guidance and oversight of the projects managed by each of the Project Directors.
•  Work with Project Directors to develop the project schedules, budgets and milestones as well as to
• monitor the projects against those criteria to ensure project development is on target.
•  Work with the Project Directors and project support groups (including, Estimating, Supply Chain,
• Regulatory, Financial Services, Internal Auditing, Legal, etc) to identify and solve project problems.
•  Support project teams in contract negotiation and settlement as necessary.
•  Work with Quality Assurance and Project Teams to ensure that project performance evaluations are
• being performed at critical project milestones and that lessons learned are being communicated back
• into the organization.
•  Coordinate the project review meetings with each of the respective project teams and related business development group on a monthly basis.
•  Coordinate the weekly project review meetings with the Project Execution senior management – ensure consistent format of Reports and ensure that key issues are captured by the reports.
•  Monitor project work load on each team to ensure adequate resource coverage for project load in each team – reassign projects and resources to balance among teams.
•  Work with business services leadership to resolve all issues that affect the administration of the company including HR issues, bonuses, merit, etc.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND BACKGROUND:

•  Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering or related field.
•  Minimum 20 years experience with at least 10 years experience in managerial level in the Oil and Gas industry

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

• Good communication skills in the English language (both writing and speaking)
