Job Description

  • Create communication strategies to solve brand issues and maximize opportunities to achieve business goals
  • Work with research agencies on specific study projects to identify markets’ need gap or other relevant research served for communication strategy planning.
  • Undertaking research and analyzing data using specialist industry resources;
  • Identifying target audiences, learning and analyzing their insights to fulfill their needs’ gap through effective communication campaigns.
  • Planning and executing advertising campaigns and annual plans in line with overall communication strategy and business goals.
  • Effectively work with creative agency, in-house media team and media agency to create the best campaigns with most optimal cost.
  • Build and sustain strong relationship with operation team; effectively create strong internal communication to ensure best execution at stores’ level.
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of campaigns in order to inform future campaigns.
  • Monitor performance of previous and current campaigns and keep track of history data.
  • Ensure systematic collection, review and analysis of market information to identify competitor tactics, market trend and opportunities and challenges.
  • Effectively and systematically manage budget allocation and spending.

Job Requirements:

  • Master degree of Marketing / Business/ Management / Advertising
  • At least 5 years marketing communication experience.
  • At least 2 years working as brand manager / communication manager
  • Applicant must be a Vietnamese from 28 - 35 years old
  • English language: profficiency level in 4 skils: listening, speaking, reading and writting
  • Energy, stamina and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and demanding targets.
  • High level of analytical and organizational skills.
  • Deep knowledge about marketing communication.
  • Enthusiasm to understand consumers’ insights and identify needs’ gap.
  • Excellence communication, interpersonal, proactive and team working skills.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Good knowledge of computers and the ability to work well with numbers and statistics.
  • Willing to work in provinces as job required.
