Job Description:
-  Be accountable for successful sales operations and its achievement of objectives in a manner that ensures
the long term viability of the Office
-  Representative Office Management in accordance with Vietnam laws & regulations
-  Finance: Expenses follow up and reporting to the HQ
-  HR: Representative Office staff (currently 1 employee) Management
-  Sales activities:  Finding and developing qualified leads and converting them through the sales process into
prospects and customers
-  Handling and responding to RFQs including sourcing for rates and putting together a quotation for;
negotiation of rates with clients as well as suppliers (including the possibility for face-to-face
meetings/conference calls).
-  Shipment execution including placing bookings with suppliers, following-up on all aspects including
documentation, billing and reporting.
-  Attending loading/discharging/transhipment/haulage/lifting operations when necessary
-  Traveling within Vietnam and abroad are required
Desired Skills & Experience:
-  Minimum 7 years work experience in the industry (freight forwarding / logistics).
-  Managing / leadership skills are preferable
-  Knowledge of handling all aspects of domestic as well as international transportation (road/sea/air),
including LCL/FCL/out of gauge/project/heavylift cargo.
-  Bachelor Degree or Diploma level education
-  Fluent in English (both written & spoken).
-  Good personality.
-  Willing to travel.
