Purpose of the Job:
The Finance Manager will be responsible for the collection and preparation of accounts, as well as the interpretation of them, managing financial transactions and performs comprehensive analysis relating to business. Oversees the development and monitoring of budgets and assists in financial planning and cost analysis. Analyzes financial data to ensure efficient use of resources. Advice and supervise tax and other legal issues.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Preparing accounts and reconciling balance sheets based on Company policies and procedures.
- Responsibility for the accurate and timely reporting of the accounts.
- Providing and interpreting financial information;
- Evaluate financial reporting systems, accounting and collection procedures, and investment activities, and make recommendations for changes to procedures, operating systems, budgets, and other financial control functions.
- Budgeting and forecasting;
- Evaluate data pertaining to costs in order to plan budgets.
- Overseeing budgetary control;
- Participating in strategic planning;
- Researching and reporting on factors influencing business performance;
- Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities;
- Monitoring cash flow;
- Liaising with other company departments;
- Supervising other staff.
- Exchanges non-routine information using tact and persuasion as appropriate requiring good oral and written communication skills.
- Daily communication with Finance department following the financial guidelines of the group.
- Manage relationship with local tax department & other related government departments
- Tax planning

- Manage HR department
Reporting Relationships:
General Manager of the Company and Group Finance Manager
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in business related field; MBA or CPA is a plus
- 8 years finance analysis and management experience in multi-national manufacturing company
- Advanced accounting / finance principles and theory
- Technical understanding of business planning, such as budgeting, forecasting and long range planning
- Languages. Mandatory; English (fluid at speaking & witting). Complementary; Vietnamese/Chinese
