  • Compensation & Benefits & Personnel Policies
  • Manage calculation and payment process for salary, bonus, allowance and severance
  • Compose and ensure the update, implementation and communication of HR related policies
  • Control the labor contract execution between company and employees
  • Manage salary survey yearly and recommend salary increase base on company’s policy (if any).
  • Make& control yearly budget for C&B dept, & company’s salary budget
  • Provide service and information related to compensation & benefit- Social insurance, Medical insurance and Severance insuran
  • Manage position and salary range system and have it updated annually

Job Requirements:

Education

  • Master/University : Business Administration, Economy, Human resource

Experience

  • At least 10 years or more in the HR field with 5 years in C&B Manager

Specific skills

  • Compensation and benefits, HR basic operation; Change management, Project management; facilitation and presentation skill
