Job Description:

Responsibilities:
50% Execute Recruiting Plans
- Maintain an effective recruitment process.
- Apply recruitment tests including psychological test, personality test, skill test, ect.
- Work with Department Managers to make sure Job Descriptions are updated.
- Efficiently and effectively fill open positions.

  • Advertise and solicit resumes from qualified candidates.
  • Recruit candidates at senior level.
  • Conduct initial and/ or culture screening interviews, both telephone and personal.
  • Make hiring recommendations based upon the eligibility criteria provided.

- Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans, recruitment process and implementation.
- Ensure all recruitment policies, procedures and techniques are adhered to and recommend improvements.
- Utilize the Internet for recruitment.

  • Post positions to appropriate Internet sources.
  • Improve the company website recruiting page to assist in recruitment.
  • Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.

- 10% Develop pool of qualified candidates in advance of need

  • Increase California Fitness & Yoga’s profile to reach a broader and wider market of candidates.
  • Maintain regular contact with possible future candidates.
  • Attend career fairs for recruiting and company recognition.
  • Support the California Fitness & Yoga Career Talk in Target College/ University.
  • Develop working relationships within colleges/ universities to aid in recruiting.

- 10% Candidate Database Management

  • Manage and maintain candidate database.

- 5% Management

  • Manage and develop recruitment team.

- 5% Conduct Exit Interview and give feedback
- 5% Hiring Report.

  •  Report on a regular basis about recruitment & staffing.
  • Analyze the situation and recommend innovations, solutions to increase the effectiveness of hiring process.
  • Manage the use of headhunters, job advertising agencies.

- 5% Administrative Duties

  •  Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data in the Recruitment Database.
  •  Perform reference and background checks for potential employees.
  • Prepare offer proposal and send approved offer packages.

- 5% Perform other projects as assigned.

Requirements:

- Bachelor Degree, major in Human Resources Management or Business Administration is preferable.
- 5 years of working experience in recruiting.
- Strong interview and evaluation skills.
- Have relationship with colleges/ universities is an advantage.
- Excellent computer skills and MS Office.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in Vietnamese and English.
- Exceptional work ethic, with strong values and principles.
- Creative.
- Detailed-oriented, customer-service-oriented.
